Robert Allen, Chef Consultant, has a wide and varied background in fine dining, commercial catering, retail and product development. From early beginnings learning the art under talented chefs like Anton Mossiman, Mark Gregory and Robert Maybey, Robert has worked in 5 star hotels as sous chef, and at the age of 25, opened The Washington Hotel in Mayfair as Head Chef.
In the World of Business and Industry Robert spent over ten years at the forefront of the most prestigious contracts, including working as Executive Chef at The London Business School and as European Executive Chef for one of the World's largest blue chip organisations.
Robert spent five years at the helm of one of the UK's best loved retailers, successfully developing menus and brand concepts to launch throughout the UK.
For the past four years, Robert has worked as a development chef, sourcing and developing menus, component ingredients and finished dishes for leading high street brands and restaurants
Over 8 years ago Robert received the honour of being made a Master Chef of Great Britain, reflecting his knowledge and passion for food and service, and dedication to achieving the best within the Industry.
